Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents, 1 to 3 herein to consider the petitioner's application dated 20.01.2020 for appointment to the post of 'Office Assistant' among the 3 vacancies reserved for BC category in the light of the petitioner's earlier service of 6 years on contract basis in the office of the third respondent.
