ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the second respondent to issue no objection certificate to the petitioner to run Spa namely, Emerold Spa at No.71/142, P.T.Rajan Road, Chokkikulam, Zone-2, Madurai, based on his representation, dated 06.02.2021.

2.The learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents stated that the petitioner submitted only a representation, which is not a proper form of application. The application requires education qualification certificate, CCTV installation and other amenities to be provided to run a spa.

W.P(MD)No.4405 of 2021 3.Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh application with all required documents and other amenities, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. On receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider and pass orders after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks thereafter. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
