Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MALAIKANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.Ramar, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 2.Mr.A.Ramar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that the petitioners are abiding the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 27.07.2017 and the investigation is still pending.

Considering the reasons assigned for relaxation of condition and also the nature of charges pending against the petitioners, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
