2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the 1st petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from

22.12.2016 onwards and the 2nd petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 30.12.2016 onwards.

3. Taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), the condition already imposed on the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police, as and when required.
