The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case pending in H.M.O.P.No.85 of 2019 on the file of Family Judge, Srivilliputhur and to transfer the same to the file of Sub Judge, Virudhunagar to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.161/19 and to dispose the same in accordance with law.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the dispute between the parties was settled before the Lok Adalat. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition as not pressed.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
