ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) With reference to the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition for the construction of a roof and compound wall at the crematorium situated in Survey No.223/6, Sikkal Group, Mathiyal Vallambadal Village, the Block Development Officer, Kadaladi, in his written instructions dated 20.03.2024, has stated that the said works will be undertaken on a priority basis.

2.It is needless to state that the facilities at the crematorium are to be provided by the competent authorities.

3.In view of the said fact, the concerned authorities are directed to complete the said works as expeditiously as possible. 3/6

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
