Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after submitting for a brief while, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Criminal Revision case with liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law, and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision case is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
