ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to receive necessary application fee along with application and consequently, direct the fourth respondent to provide new electricity service connection by considering the representation of the representation dated 20.02.2018 to the purchased textile mill at Door.Nos.277 to 284, Subburaj Mill Colony, Ward No.10, Shankar Nagar, Madurai Road, Tirunelveli District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.According to the petitioner, he has purchased a new textile mill and he has filed an application dated 19.02.2018 for new electricity service connection and the same was also received by the fourth respondent. However, the fourth respondent is not receiving necessary charges. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner filed application without necessary fee and in the event of filing application along with necessary fee, the same will be considered by the fourth respondent.
4.In the above circumstances, the petitioner is directed to file an application along with necessary fee to the fourth respondent and on receipt of such application, the fourth respondent is directed to pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks thereafter.
5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
