ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's written representation dated 28.12.2017 and pass orders in accordance with the law within a stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.

2.Heard Mr.A.Chandrakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan, learned counsel for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.According to the petitioner, pursuant to the non tax due assessment notice issued by the respondents, the petitioner has filed his objections on 28.12.2017 and even after receipt of the same, the respondents did not consider the objections till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the above mentioned prayer.

4.Since the petitioner has already filed his objections on 28.12.2017 for the above said non tax due assessment notice, the second respondent is directed to consider the objections filed by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
