O R D E R
The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No. 24 of 2013 dated 13.02.2013 and file a charge sheet within a time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.
3. Since the case in Crime No. 24 of 2013 stands registered regards a woman and child having gone missing, this Court is not inclined to give a direction for speedy investigation. Hence, this petition shall stand dismissed.
