ORDER

The Transfer CMP is filed to withdraw HMOP.No.419/2020 from the file of the III Family Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Madurai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is having a child and she is residing at Madurai. Hence, she is unable to travel from Madurai to Chennai for every hearing of the case. Further, maintenance case in MC.No.35/2021 is also pending before the Court at Madurai. Therefore, he would pray that the said HMOP shall be transferred to the Family Court, Madurai.

3. No representation for the respondent.

4. In view of the fact that the petitioner is having a child and is unable to travel from Madurai to Chennai for every hearing of the case, HMOP.No.419/2020 is withdrawn from the file of the III Family Court, Chennai and is transferred to the file of the Family Court, Madurai. Accordingly, the Transfer CMP is allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
