Heard Mr.M.Sankar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthaiah, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

2.By consent of both parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The petitioner was employed as an Electrician in the office of the third respondent. By the impugned order, he has been transferred to Rameswaram. The transfer order was issued and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner was relieved on 24.01.2018. The primary ground urged by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is that the petitioner's aged parents are suffering from illness. The transfer order can be quashed only on certain limited grounds. But those limited grounds are not available in this case. 4.There is no merit in this case. Hence, this Writ petition is dismissed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
