Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SUJITHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.Mr.A.Ramar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner is abiding the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 14.08.2017 and the investigation is still pending.

Considering the reasons assigned for relaxation of condition and also the nature of charges pending against the petitioner, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
