O R D E R

*********** The petitioner challenges the order dated 09.02.2018, issued by the second respondent, cancelling the examination held on 16.09.2017. This Court by order dated 20.02.2018 in W.P(MD)No.2942 of 2018, quashed the said order and partly allowed the writ petition.

2.In view of the same, no orders are necessary in this writ petition.

3.Hence, this Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
