No.1315 of 2016 in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 16136 of 2015 dated 15.2.2016. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S K.VEILMUTHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has already been filed in P.R.C.No.26 of 2016.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the concerned court in all future hearing dates, without fail.
