PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No. 12203/2024/A4 dated 20.01.2025 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to not to interfere in a civil dispute pending adjudication of O.S.No. 495 of 2024 pending on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Kumbakonam.
