Criminal Appeal against the appeal against the acquittal verdict in STC. NO. 48 OF 2013 by the learned Judicial Magistrate FTC (Magistrate Level), Theni, Theni District vide his judgment dated 04.12.2013 by acquitting the respondents from the charge under section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and the petitioner neither appeared in person nor by an Advocate the court made the following order:- This matter was listed on 18.02.2015. This matter was called twice on 18.02.2015. On that day, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner was not present. Hence, it was directed to be listed on 20.02.2015. On 20.02.2015, the Advocates are on boycott and therefore, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the same caption.
