ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioners on the basis of a baseless and false complaint given by the above 4th respondent.
2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 26.02.2022. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass them.
