ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to call for the records relating to C.C.No.115 of 2013, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudukulathur and quash the same as against the petitioner.

2. Though compromise memo has been filed by the parties, there is no representation on behalf of the 2nd respondent either in person of through counsel. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings on that score. 3.The petitioner has been arrayed as accused for the alleged offence under Section 354 of IPC., r/w. Section 4 of Women Harassment Act.

The submissions made are only factual.

Therefore, it is for the trial Court to decide the issues raised. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with, until and unless the same is specifically required.
