Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.RAMU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.ANBARASAN, the Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a week I.e., on every Sunday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
