RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition in Crl. O. P. (MD) NO. 9915 of 2016 dated 29.06.2016 instead of report before the Manur Police station, the Petitioner may be permitted to report before the Inspector of police, Thatchanallur Police station, Tirunelveli.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.BANU PRASATH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.ANBARASAN, the Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- The petitioner has come out with the present petition for modification of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.9915 of 2016, dated 29.06.2016 on the ground that the respondent police threatened the petitioner to foist a false case against him. 2.This Court, by the order dated 29.06.2016 made in Crl.O.P(MD) No.9915 of 2016 directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner did not comply the condition for a single day and he has made a false allegations against the respondent police. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is dismissed.
