This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 566 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 4(1)(a), 4(1)(i) and 24 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act and Section 353 of IPC on the file of the first respondent as against this petitioner alone.

2. It is reported that the petitioner had expired on 02.07.2024. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has produced a copy of the death certificate of the petitioner. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
