O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to conduct enquiry based the representation given by the petitioner dated 11.09.2024.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Nos.1 & 2 would submit that already representation of the petitioner was considered and closed as money dispute. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present petition. Hence, he prays to close the present writ petition.

3. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this petition this Court without issuing any notice to the private respondents, inclined to pass orders in this writ petition.

4. There is a money dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd and 4th respondents thereby the petitioner sent a representation on 11.09.2024 and he filed this petition to consider the said representation. According to the 1st and 2nd respondents, the said representation of the petitioner dated 11.09.2024 was considered and the same was closed as money dispute. In Page No. 2 of 4

view of the above said facts, this Court is of the view that it is for the petitioner to challenge the closure of the said complaint in the manner known to law. Since, the representation of the petitioner was already considered by the 1st and 2nd respondents and the same was disposed, no further order is required to be passed in this case.

5. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
