This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to take action based on petitioner's complaint dated 24.12.2024 in C.S.R. No. 1257 of 2024.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that already they have conducted an enquiry and thereafter, an F.I.R in Crime No.64 of 2025 was registered. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Since already the prayer of the petitioner was considered by the respondents and F.I.R has been registered in Crime No.64 of 2025, no further orders required to be passed in this case. In view of the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
