RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by the Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2434 of 2016 vide its order dated 22.03.2016 which was subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3343 of 23016 dated 21.04.2016. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.ANAND, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Govt.Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai once in fifteen days I.e., on first and third week of Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
