Mr.S.Packiya Muthu, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent. 2.The Writ Petition was filed by the 1st respondent, seeking a Mandamus, directing the appellants to grant earlier increments. The said Writ Petition was allowed. Aggrieved the Department is on Appeal. 3.The learned counsel for the 1st respondent would submit that pending Writ Appeal, the 1st respondent has passed Teacher Eligibility Test and recording the same, increments were awarded to him.

4.In view of the same, the Writ Appeal is disposed of for having become infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
