ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the 3rd and 4th respondent to give permission for conducting the 15 days Masi Fesitval scheduled from 26.2.2020 to 10.3.2020 in Sree Kaman Temple at Midhilaipatty, Pudukottai District based on the petitioner representation, dated 17.2.2020.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner, dated 17.02.2020 was received by the respondents only on yesterday i.e., 24.02.2020. She would further submit that the petitioner is not a resident of Mithilaipatti and that there is a opposition from the local villagers with regard to the conducting of the programme by the petitioner and thereby, the fourth respondent has referred the matter to the third respondent to conduct a Peace Committee Meeting and based on the outcome of the Peace Committee Committing appropriate orders will be passed by the fourth respondent. The statement is recorded.
