PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records in M.C.No.20 of 2015 dated 04.02.2015 on the file of the Revenue Divisional Officer cum Sub-Collector, Cheranmahadevi and quash the same.

ORDER
This quash petition is filed to quash the proceedings in M.C.No.20 of 2015 on the file of the Revenue Divisional Officer cum Sub-Collector, Cheranmahadevi.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C. has already been closed against the petitioners.
3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
