ORDER

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the proposal was sent by the second respondent, dated 05.05.2021 with regard to the carrier advancement of the service of the petitioner and no orders were passed by the first respondent till date.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that six weeks time may be granted to the first respondent to pass orders on the proposal sent by the second respondent, dated 05.05.2021.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Counsel appearing on either side, the first respondent is directed to consider the proposal sent by the second respondent, dated 05.05.2021 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. The writ petition stands allowed with the above directions. There shall be no order as to costs.
