ORDER

The petitioner seeks limited relief of issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to grant patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of S.No.130/3 measuring 23 cents in Thiruvalanjuli Village, Kumbakonam Taluk, Thanjavur District.

2. The petitioner has made a representation dated 23.01.2025 seeking patta to be issued in his name and the said representation is sought to be disposed of in the present writ petition.

3. Considering the limited scope of relief sought for by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (i) The second respondent shall consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.01.2025 for issuing patta, after putting on notice, to the third and fourth respondents and inviting their objections if any, and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a 2/4

period of twelve(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

No costs.
