ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the case in FIR Crime No.19 of 2021 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing,the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the jurisdictional court on 06.02.2024.

3.In view of the said submission, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
