This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, to transfer the case in Crime No.29 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent from the second respondent to any other competent investigation agency.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions, submitted that the F.I.R. is registered in this case and she also seeks time to file final report.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl. side), this Court considers it appropriate to direct the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.29 of 2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
