Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 15-03-2025 on the file of the 4th respondent vide Letter No. 007425/G.33/ G.331 / 2025-2, dated 15-03-2025 and quash the same, and further direct the 4th respondent to include the petitioner Association for all the discussion as agreed in the Terms and conditions of the Tripartite Agreement and continued to invite them for all the bilateral discussions on par with other Unions / Associations listed in the Tripartite Agreement. Pursuant to the interim order dated 19.03.2025, passed by this Court, directing the respondent Nos.1 and 4 to permit the petitioner herein to participate in the negotiation process initiated pursuant to the impugned letter dated 17.02.2025, respondent No.4 issued a letter dated 08.04.2025, inviting the petitioner to participate in the negotiation process scheduled to take place on 24.04.2025 at 11.00 a.m.

2. In the light of the above, no further orders need be passed in this Writ Petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
