Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to accord appropriate necessary prior sanction to prosecute against the respondents 10 to 16 herein by the petitioner in order to file a private complaint by taking into consideration of representation sent by the petitioner dated 10.02.2020 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.
