P. (MD) No. 2361/2017 dated 20.03.2017 in Crl. O. P (MD) No. 24176/2016 dated 17.02.2017 on the file of the Honourable Court.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SETHU JANAKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.S.DURAI PANDIAN,Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.2361/2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.24176/2016. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is complying with conditions imposed by this Court in Criminal Original petition and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ investigation has not been completed.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of charges, the earlier condition imposed by Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear befor respondent police once in a week ie., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., further orders.
