This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 103 days in depositing the court fee of Rs.80/- in the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in CMA(MD)SR No.90050 of 2025 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
