Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Initially, this petition was filed showing the crime number as 'Not Known'. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) represented that a petition enquiry in CSR No.39 of 2015 is pending. Therefore, this Court granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners for a period of two weeks with a direction to the petitioners to appear before the respondent police.
2. Today, the respondent police is present and they have filed a status report, in which, in paragraph No.9, it is stated as follows:
" 9. I submit that hence the complaint given by the complainant namely Bharathy is closed as no further action is required since the complainant suppressed her earlier complaint and she has not produced even a single evidence."
