Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.VIJAYABOOMINATHAN, Advocate for M/S.R.ALAGUMANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.S.DURAI PANDIAN, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court, by an order dated, 22.03.2017 made absolute the interim appeal bail and suspension of sentence, already granted by this court on 28.02.2017 with a condition to appear before the court, once in a week i.e on every Monday. 2.According to the petitioner, he has executed surety on 14.07.2017. Thereafter, he has been continuously appearing before the court from 31.07.2017. Now, he has filed this petition seeking relaxation of condition.

3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor in this regard.

court is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial court once in a month i.e on the first working day of every English Calendar month until further orders.
