Respondent PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to take stringent action against the erred officials of the TANSI who made a monitory loss, loss of name, fame and reputation of TANSI based on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.04.2017 and 07.08.2017, within the time stipulated by this Court.

Heard Mr.Ananth C.Rajesh, learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.The petitioner is employed in the respondent corporation. He gave a complaint alleging commission of acts of mis-conduct on the part of other employees. It is specifically stated that at the instance of the writ petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and an enquiry report also submitted to the respondent. But, no final order has been passed. Therefore, the present writ petition came to be filed.

3.This Court is of the view that whether to take disciplinary proceedings against an employee or not must be left to the discretion of the employer concerned. A fellow employee will have no locus standi in the matter.
