This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to take action upon the petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2021.

2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.The case of the petitioner is that he received loan amount of Rs.57,23,150/- from one Balan and on that ground has also handed over property document as security and the petitioner is trying to settle the loan amount. The said Balan has refused to receive the same and demanded exorbitant amount. On that basis, he has given a complaint dated 19.02.2021 seeking action upon the said Balan. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.321 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, in spite of repeated call the petitioner did not attend the enquiry whereas the said Balan appeared before the Enquiry Officer and gave a statement to the effect that he purchased the property for valuable consideration from the petitioner. Even thereafter, the petitioner did not appear for enquiry and on that basis, it was posted on 23.07.2021. W.P.(MD)No.4415 of 2021 the prayer in this petition has become infrutuous. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
