ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 417, 465, 468, 471 and 420 IPC, in Crime No.2 of 2022, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Today(i.e,28.02.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that except the first accused all other accused were deleted and filed a copy of the deletion report. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
