RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on them by this honourable Court vide order in Crl.O.P.10476/2017 dated 10.08.2017. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.INDRACHITHU, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both side.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are not complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in this Criminal Original petition.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the gravity of offence said to have been committed by the petitioners, I am not inclined to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl O.P(MD).No. 10476 of 2017 dated 10.08.2017. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
