ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to issue patta to the petitioner for his share in the properties in Patta No.196, Survey No.288/5, Patta No.371, Survey No.174, Patta No.623, Survey No.113/2C, Patta No.18, Survey No.122/2B, 122/2C, 127/7B2, Patta No.168, Survey No.127/6, Patta No.287, Survey Nos.124/2B, 44/2B, 44/2B, 44/2B, 44/3A, 69/4C situated at Vellaiyampatti Village and Patta No.233, Survey Nos.114/10, 120/3, 120/4, 120/5, 120/6, 122/2 and 125/1 situated at Paraipatti Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.11.2019.

2.According to the petitioner, though he made a representation dated 26.11.2019 to the respondents 1 to 3 seeking to issue patta to the petitioner's above mentioned property, so far, no action has been taken. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that if the petitioner submits fresh application through on-line along with necessary documents before the respondents 1 to 3 to workout his remedy, the same shall be considered on merits and in accordance with law. 4.In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that liberty may be given to the petitioner to submit fresh application, along with necessary documents, through on-line to workout his remedy before the respondents 1 to 3. 5.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the arguments advanced on either side, this Court is inclined to pass the following directions:- i) the petitioner is directed to submit an on-line application along with necessary documents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

ii) on receipt of such on-line application, the third respondent is directed to dispose of the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 to 7 and other interested parties, if any, within the time limit 2/3

as prescribed in the Government Orders.

6.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
