ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 18.02.2021, and to accept the tender application submitted by the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the tender application submitted by the petitioner was received beyond time and therefore, his application was not considered and it was returned. It was further submitted that the tender has already been finalized and the work order has also been issued and therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.

3. Taking into consideration the subsequent development that has taken place in this case, no further orders can be passed in this Writ Petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved in the manner in which the tender process was conducted and allotted in favour of the successful bidder, a separate writ petition has to be filed challenging the same. Except giving this liberty, no further orders can be passed in this Writ Petition.
