Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MUNIYANDI.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time limit of this Court order in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.594 of 2024 dated 12.01.2024. 1/3

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already paid a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the defacto complainant.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and time granted by this Court vide order dated 12.01.2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.594 of 2024 is extended further for a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
