O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the second respondent to give police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner, and his family.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The petitioner's son is said to have been murdered by the named accused and the case has been registered and the same is pending consideration before the jurisdictional court. Thereafter, the petitioner gave a subsequent complaint before the respondent police. The grievance of the petitioner is that there is likelihood of threat to his second son from the very same accused in the earlier case.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that petition enquiry is pending.

5. The petitioner seeks protection. If the second respondent is of the view that the threat as alleged by the petitioner is true then the said authority will have to take appropriate action to give protection as and when required.
