ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner's request was already rejected vide proceedings dated 22.05.2023 by the Joint Director of Department of Geology and Mining, Tirunelveli. Copy of the said order has been served on the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. It is for the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law. 2/4
