ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to survey and fix the boundaries of the petitioner's land in old survey No.687/1A2, New Survey No.307/1A2A, Koothiyargundu Village, Nilaiyur 1st pit, Thirupparamkundram Taluk, Madurai District.

2.According to the petitioner, he claims to be the owner of the property to an extent of 1.5 cents in old survey No.687/1A2, New Survey No.307/1A2A, Koothiyargundu Village, Nilaiyur 1st pit, Thirupparamkundram Taluk, Madurai District. The petitioner has submitted an application 21.11.2017 before the first respondent seeking to survey the land and fix boundaries. Since no action has been taken so far, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioner only seeks to measure his land by fixing boundaries, the first respondent is directed to measure the property in question as per the revenue records, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the interested parties.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
