ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to file the final report in Cr.No.25 of 2022, within a stipulated time.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submits that the case was closed as further action dropped and closure report was also filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this criminal original petition is closed. The respondents shall furnish the copy of the closure report to the petitioner.
