RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.8657/2017 dated 25.07.2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.JAYARAMACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.Arul Vadivel @ Sekar, Special Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 31.07.2017 onwards and the investigation is still pending. 3.Taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
